TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT / TRACK&TRACE

As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will recieve a parcel number by e-mail. The parcel number can be used to track your shipment on the relevant carrier's website (eg. www.gls-group.eu). Here you can track the package from our warehouse to the final destination.

You can always contact the relevant carrier for further details regarding your shipment. Remember to have your parcel number ready.
INSURED SHIPPING

All parcels are shipped insured. This means that neither you nor we suffer losses if the goods are damaged or lost during the carrier's handling.
If you receive a damaged item, it is important that you contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
DELIVERY TIME

Fast delivery is always a priority for us. The expected delivery time is shown in the description of the individual item on our webshop.

Should any delay´s arise, we will contact you as soon as possible.
NOBODY HOME AT THE DELIVERY ADDRESS?

If no one is home when the shipper shows up, the parcel will be delivered to the nearest parcel shop or parcel box (note: the carrier may charge a fee for this service).

It is not possible to receive a package without signing at the receipt. This means there must be someone at home when the shipper arrives.
CHECK THE PACKAGING

We recommend that you check the packaging for visible freight damage before you sign the reciept.

If the packaging has visible damage, but if you are unsure if the contents have been damaged, you should only sign for the receipt subject to the contents not being damaged. Take a picture of the packaging before unpacking.

If you are sure that the contents of your shipment have been damaged, you should refuse receipt and advise us as soon as possible of the incident. We will then take care of the return and ensure that you receive a new item.
CHECK THE CONTENT

We recommend that, upon receipt, you check the item for defects and/or damages as soon as possible.
